1 cup mashed potato – hot and ready to serve
1 small onion – julienne
1 tablespoon olive oil
Side vegetables of your choice
Method

Remove the beef from the package and reserve the gravy. Heat olive oil in a medium sized frying pan over medium high heat, add onions cook until they begin to brown. Place the beef into a microwave and heat on high heat for 3-4 minutes. Heat the mashed potato and add the browned onions, tossing well to combine. Place mashed potatoes on plate, top with beef and the gravy, and serve at once sided with vegetables of your choice.
