Ingredients
4 Tbsp (120 ml) Caesar dressing
2 – 4 splashes Tobasco sauce
4 slices of marble rye or regular rye bread
¼ cup (120 grams) prepared sauerkraut
4 slices (100+ grams) Swiss cheese
Method

Mix Caesar dressing and Tobasco together and spread on one side of each slice of 2 slices of bread. Microwave sauerkraut until warm, approximately 1 minute. Pan sear the Lou’s Double Smoked Back Bacon over medium high heat for approximately 45 seconds on each side. Over medium heat in a second frying pan, toast 2 slices of rye bread with dressing side down until crispy, approximately 2 minutes. Place quick and easy bacon on bread, crispy side out, top with sauerkraut and 2 slices of cheese for each sandwich, finish with other piece of bread, and then allow the sandwich to continue cooking , flipping the bread over to crisp the bread. Serve hot from the pan
