Ingredients
2 naan flatbreads, approximately 8" x 6" each
4 Tbsp (60 mL) BBQ sauce
1 cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup diced, grilled pineapple
4 Tbsp (60 mL) diced green pepper
4 tsp (20 mL) diced red onion
Method

In a lightly greased fry pan over medium heat, cook Peameal, stirring often, until cooked through; set aside. Place naan on a cookie sheet and spread each with 2 Tbsp (30 mL) bbq sauce. Top each naan with half of the mozzarella, Peameal, pineapple, green pepper and red onion. Bake in oven for approximately 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

TIP: For grilled pineapple, place pineapple rings on a lightly greased grill on medium heat; grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning once.

VARIATION: Substitute plain pineapple tidbits, drained, for grilled pineapple.
