Ingredients
4 slices of your favourite bread
100 grams of shredded cheese – Cheddar or Swiss
1 small onion – medium dice
2 eggs and 200 ml heavy cream (35%)
Method

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Remove the beef from the package and place the gravy in a separate bowl. Add the egg and heavy cream and mix well. Dice the beef into medium sized pieces and toss with the onions. Dice the bread into large pieces, and toss with the beef and onions. Place the mixture into an oven proof loaf pan, and pour the egg and cream mixture over top. Cover with tin foil and bake for 25-30 minutes with the tin foil on, and then remove the foil, top with the shredded cheese and bake for a further 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot with a crisp green salad.
