Ingredients
2 cups mashed potatoes – warm, not hot, for piping
1 cup cooked peas
1 cup cooked diced carrots
1 cup cooked diced onions
2 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
1 oven proof dish 8”x8”
Method

Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, place the beef tips and gravy. Add in the cooked diced onions and carrots and the cooked peas. Combine well. Place in the oven proof dish and top with the warm mashed potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes then take the pan out of the oven, add the cheese on top of the potatoes and place back in the oven until the cheese melts – about another 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
