Ingredients
1 small onion – medium dice
1 tomato – medium dice
2 carrots – peeled and small dice
100 grams mushrooms – sliced
200 grams egg noodles - cooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 oz. good red wine
Method

Take the beef out of the package and place in a bowl. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium high heat and add the onion and carrots. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add the mushrooms and tomatoes. Add the Beef Tips, the gravy, the tomatoes and the wine. Allow to come back to the boil, then reduce the heat and allow to blend together for 2-3 minutes. Cook the egg noodles according to the manufacturer’s directions, drain, place a portion of noodles on the plate and top with the beef. Serve hot.
