Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice – ready to serve hot
1 small onion – medium dice
½ teaspoon vegetable oil
Method

Place a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the vegetable oil and the onions, sautéing until the onions begin to release a little of their juices. Add Lou’s Teriyaki Chicken and the sauce and combine well, heating for an additional 3-5 minutes. Place the hot cooked rice on a plate or in a bowl and add the heated Teriyaki chicken on top. Serve at once.
